Product & support information
Adult Use Policy
You must be 21 or older to order from Kratom Paradise. This store requirement applies even where state law allows younger adults to buy kratom. Product and destination restrictions also apply.
Products covered by this policy
The policy applies to kratom leaf powder, capsules, gummies, MIT chewable tablets, MIT extract powder, samples, and bulk products. A different package format or quantity does not change the adult-use requirement.
Age and destination rules
State and local rules may set a minimum purchase age, restrict a product type, or prohibit delivery. Orders must meet both the adult-use requirement and the destination rules; customer support cannot override an ineligible destination or product.
Destination restrictions
Adult eligibility and delivery eligibility are both required. Review the complete destination restrictions before placing an order.
Before ordering
Confirm the exact product, format, ingredient information, package size or count, and destination. Concentrated gummies, tablets, and extract powders are distinct from plain leaf powder and capsules.
