Ordering
To place an order, choose the product you want, select the available options, add the item to your cart, and complete checkout. Powder products are selected by size. Capsule products are selected by count. MIT chewable tablets are selected by MIT strength, flavor, and count. MIT extract powders are selected by COA-backed extract type, flavor, and size. Bulk products use larger count or size options.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@kratomparadise.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order begins processing, but the earlier you reach out, the better chance we have to help. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and the exact change you are requesting.
Products
Kratom Paradise currently organizes products into kratom powders, kratom capsules, bulk kratom capsules, MIT chewable tablets, bulk MIT chewable tablets, MIT extract powder, and bulk MIT extract powder. Each listing explains the format and available options. Product names such as Red Bali, Green Malay, White Thai, and Gold Bali help shoppers navigate the catalog.
Powder is a loose pouch format. Capsules contain kratom leaf powder in a capsule shell and are organized by bottle count. MIT products are different from plain leaf products because they are organized by labeled MIT strength, flavor, and count or size. Read the product information carefully before ordering so the selected variant matches what you want.
Shipping
Shipping availability depends on the products ordered, the destination, and local rules. Kratom laws can vary by state, county, city, or product type, so checkout may restrict certain orders. If a destination cannot be served, the order may be blocked, canceled, or refunded depending on when the issue is identified.
After an order ships, tracking details are usually sent by email. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created, especially during carrier handoff. If tracking has not updated after a reasonable period, check the Order Tracking page first, then contact support with your order number and tracking number.
Returns and support
If there is a problem with an order, contact support@kratomparadise.com quickly and include photos if the issue involves damage, missing items, or the wrong product. Keep all packaging until support has reviewed the case. We handle order concerns based on the details of the situation, product condition, and timing.
Because kratom is a regulated adult-use botanical category, returns and refunds may be handled differently from ordinary retail items. The Returns & Refunds page explains the current policy in more detail. For the fastest help, keep your message clear and include the product name, order number, and what happened.
Free sample program
Kratom Paradise offers one free two-sample botanical pack for eligible first-time sample customers. Choose from the current powder and capsule selections; MIT tablets and extract products are not part of the program.
