How to Store Kratom
Keep kratom dry, sealed and away from heat, direct sunlight, children and pets. Leave it in its original packaging and follow any storage directions printed on the label.
Keep the original package
Keep each product in its original resealable pouch or bottle so the label and lot information stay with it.
If you use an outer organizer for travel or inventory, place the complete original package inside it. A handwritten note or color code should not become the only identifier.
Protect products from moisture and heat
Close pouches and bottles after handling. Store them away from water, condensation, direct sun, and heat sources.
Do not assume refrigeration or freezing will improve shelf life. Moving a cold package into warm air can create condensation. Use the storage conditions printed on the package, and contact support if a container arrives damp, damaged, open, or missing important information.
Keep products and lots separate
Do not combine partial pouches to save space. Keep different kratom families, flavors, botanicals, sizes, and lots in their own identified containers.
That matters especially for gummies. Berry Kava Gummies contain kava; the other three gummy flavors contain kratom. Store all of them separately from ordinary candy.
Care by format
- Powder: handle it with dry utensils and close the pouch after use.
- Capsules and MIT tablets: keep them dry and in their original container.
- Gummies: protect the pack from heat and keep it separate from ordinary candy.
- Bulk orders: leave unopened pouches sealed until needed. Keep different products and lots separate.
When to contact support
Ask for help when a package is damaged, damp, unsealed, missing a relevant date, or difficult to identify. Keep the package and take clear photos before moving the contents.
