Kratom Capsules Guide
Kratom capsules contain finely milled Mitragyna speciosa leaf in prefilled units. They contain the same plain leaf as loose powder while keeping most of the bitterness inside the shell and requiring no scooping or measuring.
The plant inside the capsule
Kratom is a Southeast Asian tree native across southern Thailand, northern Peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra, Borneo, the Philippines, and New Guinea. In southern Thailand and northern Malaysia, fresh leaves and water-brewed preparations have traditionally been used by rural workers for energy, stamina, reduced fatigue, and pain, and in village social life.
What kratom does
Kratom can feel stimulating at lower amounts, with greater alertness, physical energy, and talkativeness. Larger amounts can produce relaxation, drowsiness, and sedation. Capsules change the handling and taste of the leaf, not its pharmacology.
Capsules compared with powder
Each capsule contains 500mg of earthy, bitter kratom leaf, excluding the shell. Loose powder can be measured in any amount. Concentrated gummies and MIT tablets use milligrams of mitragynine per piece instead.
What the names mean
The capsule line uses the same red, green, white, yellow, Bali, Borneo, Thai, Malay, Vietnam, and Maeng Da trade conventions as the powder line. White names signal a more alerting retail profile, red names a more relaxing profile, and green names a middle position; yellow names generally describe processing or blending conventions. These names are not standardized botanical varieties or farm-origin certificates.
Storage and safety
Keep capsules sealed in their original bottle or pouch in a cool, dry place away from direct heat, moisture, children, and pets. Kratom can cause nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, constipation, tolerance, dependence, withdrawal, and interactions. Do not combine it casually with alcohol, opioids, sedatives, or other central nervous system depressants.
