Utah allows registered, compliant kratom products for adults 18 and older under the May 2026 Kratom Regulation Act, but the law sharply limits which products may be sold in the state.
Shipping: Kratom Paradise does not accept kratom orders for delivery to Utah.
Eligible formats
Utah permits registered pure-leaf powder and pure-leaf material in a qualifying inert capsule. Extract powder, enhanced products, chewable extracts, and other non-pure-leaf formats are not eligible under the current statute.
