Can You Convert 7-OH Milligrams to MIT? Why There Is No Reliable 1:1 Chart
Short answer: no reliable chart converts a stated number of 7-OH milligrams into an equivalent amount of mitragynine, an MIT tablet count, or a weight of MIT extract powder. A 1:1 table would combine different compounds, product matrices, laboratory units, and human responses into a precision that the evidence does not support.
This matters when 7-OH availability changes. Someone moving away from a concentrated 7-OH product may search for an MIT replacement, but a label-based conversion can create false confidence around two psychoactive substances that act differently at mu-opioid receptors.
Why a 7-OH milligram is not an MIT milligram
Mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine are related alkaloids, not alternate names for the same molecule. Laboratory research shows that 7-OH has greater mu-opioid-receptor potency. Mitragynine also has activity at mu-opioid and other receptor systems and is metabolized partly to 7-OH, but that biological relationship is not a fixed retail conversion.
Two product labels can also use “mg” for different purposes. One may state an ingredient or product-line amount, while another COA may report a measured result per finished unit. An extract-powder report may use percent or milligrams per gram. The unit has meaning only when the analyte, matrix, sample, and method stay attached.

That report lists 146mg mitragynine, 0.148mg 7-OH, and 153mg total Mitragyna alkaloids per unit. The 150mg text is the product-line label; the report figures are results for the identified finished-tablet lot.
The current MIT 90% powder line links to PharmLabs San Diego sample DD00126B(15), sample ID SD260715-011 (142956). It reports 87.01% mitragynine (870.12mg/g) for the submitted concentrate sample. The 90% text is the catalog line name; 87.01% is the sample result.

Human response adds more uncertainty
