50mg of mitragynine and 50mg of kratom extract are different amounts of active compound. Mitragynine is one alkaloid in kratom; an extract can contain mitragynine alongside other compounds. An extract’s total weight does not tell you how much mitragynine it contains.
Three label statements, three meanings

How that applies to actual gummies
Kratom Paradise kratom gummies and Kats Black Cherry gummies contain 50mg of mitragynine per piece. Jack Botanicals’ ten-count product description specifies 5mg of kratom extract per gummy and 50mg of extract across the pack. These statements were checked October 6, 2026.
That makes the Kratom Paradise and Kats mitragynine amounts comparable. Jack’s extract-weight statement alone does not establish its mitragynine content, so it cannot support a claim that one product is a particular number of times stronger.

What a potency report adds
Our Black Cherry Gummies are lab tested at 52.9mg of mitragynine per gummy, Green Apple at 50.8mg and Island Punch at 51.8mg. The reports identify the tested samples and the units. A percentage by weight or a result in milligrams per gram is not the same as milligrams per gummy.
The individual lab reports also show which additional tests were performed. Potency testing and contaminant testing answer different questions; a mitragynine result alone does not establish every aspect of purity.
Kava uses a different measurement again
Berry Kava Gummies contain 50mg of total kavalactones per piece. Kavalactones are kava’s main active compounds, not mitragynine. Matching milligram numbers do not make kratom and kava equivalent products.
