What does 50mg mean?
It is the product-line amount of mitragynine per gummy, not the total weight of the gummy. The referenced finished-gummy sample measured 52.9mg mitragynine per gummy.
Are kratom and kava the same plant?
No. Kratom is Mitragyna speciosa; kava is Piper methysticum. Their compounds, effects, and risks differ. Mitragynine measurements for kratom and kavalactone measurements for kava describe different substances.
